STEP 1 —School Recommendation
Please submit the following:
1. Complete IBG Common Application Form
2. Complete School Questionnaire Form
3. Phone interview with IBG Admission Dept.
STEP 2 — Apply
1. Complete School Application Package
2. Submit school Requirement documents School
☐ Application Form
☐ Transcripts
☐ Copy of Passport
☐ Financial Statement / Bank Statement
☐ TOEFL/SLEP SCORE
☐ Recommendation Letters
☐ Photocopy of the student’s passport
☐ Other required document
☐ Required School Fees for I-20 assurance by request

STEP 3 — Get I-20
1. Prepare for the School Interview
2. Submit any supplemental documents (this might include Notarizing a document, signing contracts, etc.) and/or Fees by request
3. Get I-20
STEP 4 — Visa Apply
1. Submit Visa document Application/Pay I-901 Fee for Visa interview
2. Arrange Visa Interview
3. Get Visa
STEP 5 — Final Document Preparation
1. Sign IBG Standard Conduct Forms
2. Sign IBG Guardianship / policies Form
3. Physical Exam Form and Health/Immunization Record (additional health form required if you would like to play sports)
4. Book Flight Ticket
STEP 6 — Be Ready
1. Contact School and IBG consultants (Complete course selection form, purchase uniforms, buy textbooks, do required summer readings)
2. Contact IBG Host Family Department (Get Departure Check list, Host Family information, and American life living reminder list)
3. Get Emergency Contact Information
